TERMS OF SERVICE
I. PAYMENT: All commissions must be paid in full upfront. Payment is to be made in USD via Paypal. For brazilian customers, payment via Pix is available. BRL values must be converted according to USD value at the payment time.II. PROCESS: WIPs will be shown to the customer as the artwork gets developed, for evaluation. After the sketch has been approved and lineart has been finished, the amount of changes that can be made on the artwork will be greatly limited. Turnaround time is relative to what has been commissioned, and how many commissions are on queue, possibly ranging from anywhere to a single week to a full month or more. The customer will be notified if any delays happen.III. USAGE: Customers are entitled to copy, distribute, display, and modify the commissioned artwork for non-commercial purposes, provided due credit is given to the author. For commercial purposes, a purchase of commercial rights is required.IV. CANCELING: Prior to payment, the customer can cancel the commission if they so desire. After the payment has been completed, however, no cancelling or refunds will be allowed. If a chargeback is filed, the customer will have their personal license to the artwork rescinded, and will be blacklisted from commissioning in the future.The customer acknowledges that they've read and accepted the terms upon commissioning.
